The latest news from squash and racketball is as follows:

Racketball leagues:
The latest leagues have now finished and congratulations are due to Lee, Tony, Chris, Doug and Brad for completing all of their matches in League 1. The league winners were:

Premier - Roger Bean
League 1 - Lee Whibley
League 2 - Richard Newbatt / Stuart Sterling
League 3 - Henry Grubb
League 4 - Nick Woodman

The next leagues will run to 31st January and are now published on the website and noticeboard. Please note that these new leagues will include the following rules:

- 8 bonus points will be awarded to anyone playing 2 or more matches before the halfway date of 31st December
- top 2 promoted and bottom 2 relegated
- minimum 2 matches to be played otherwise player to be excluded from the subsequent league and will need to apply to re-enter

Racketball Handicap KO comps:
Both the main comp and the plate are progressing with the following key dates:

- Main comp quarter finals - play by 23rd December
- Plate Round 1 - play by next Thursday 9th December

Lots of games still to be played in the Plate so please arrange your matches asap

Squash leagues:
No-one took advantage of the halfway bonus points. The league finishes on 31st December so please play at least 2 matches in the next few weeks to avoid being excluded from the next leagues.

- Mens 1 lost 9-16 to Dunnings 2 so are lagging towards the bottom of their league. Next match is away to a high-flying Crawley on 15th December
- Mens 2 lost both of their November matches to Dolphins and Brighton but they are playing away at top-placed Dunnings 3 tomorrow evening - any support would be welcome!
