Dear All,
We will be holding our next American tennis event on Saturday 16th starting at 2pm. These events are great fun and please do come along especially if you have not played in one before.
We are hoping for 24 players, ideally 12 and 12 to allow us to run a team version.
The cost will be £2 to cover balls and prizes. Steve Hite has kindly offered to cook some chilli. It will be on a first come, first served basis and for a nominal charge.
We will be using courts 1-6, but courts 7&8 will be available for a club session for those not involved.
The entry list should be on the board tomorrow, so if you don’t want to miss out get your names up soon. If there are already 12 names please use the reserve list as they always seem needed.
Please note that we are trialling a new system. If you remain an unused reserve you will be given priority on the next american tournament as we would like to give everyone the opportunity to take part in these tournaments. So, when the list is full please do put your name down on the reserve list.
Also this tournament is open to all standards and ages and is not to be confused with the 18 - 30's tournament on Easter Saturday.
