New Racket Ball Leagues to end Monday 19 May 2025

Congratulations to our league winners as follows:

Premier – A tie for first place! Curt Bean & James Norman
League 1 – Richard Bool
League 2 – Leon Harris
League 3 – Doug Barr

Curt and James obviously had a cracking game with a draw outcome to arrive at a tie in the Premier – well done both!

Richard emerged victorious in League 1 with Roger nipping at his heels.

Roger very kindly stood down from promotion to the Premier to allow League 2 winner, Leon to take the slot. Leon had a barn-storming win, not dropping a single game and securing maximum points. Is the Premier League ready for a shake-up?!

Congratulations to Doug who secured the win in League 3, staying just ahead of one of tomorrow night’s finalists, Matt.

In further exciting news we have added another league! We now have 26 players across the 5 leagues and happy to expand if we secure further players.

If you are interested in giving it a go why not come along to racket ball club night on a Thursday evening from 6.10pm onwards. You don’t even need a racket, we have spares and balls so you can try the sport without having to invest.

The new leagues are now on the website and run until Monday 19 May 2025.

For extra bonus points you need to play 2 or more matches before the halfway point of Monday 21 April.

If you wish to join or leave, or sustain an injury that will prevent you playing all your games, please send me an email at verywonkyhouse@hotmail.co.uk

Thanks,
Tracey.
