To ensure that the recently refurbished squash courts are maintained to the highest standards some maintenance work will be carried out from Tuesday 22nd April.
On Tuesday 22 the glass-back court will be out of action for 24 hours whilst a full refurbishment is carried out on the walls and floor.
Court 2 requires more extensive repairs and the plaster on the back wall will be removed and replaced and this means that this court will be out of action for up to 7 days.
Court 1 requires less in terms of repairs and requires some patching repairs and will only be out of action for 24 hours.
The work has been scheduled to ensure that there will always be 2 courts available for use during this period.
Following the recent substantial investment in new flooring and the glass balustrade facilities for our squash courts, it is important that we continue to look after our facilities and the plan is to continue the refurbishment of the facilities over the next 12 -24 months.
