Dear Members,
As we kick off another year of sport, I thought it prudent to remind you all that we have a shared responsibility at the club for safeguarding.
Please therefore refamiliarise yourselves with our club safeguarding policies and procedures via the noticeboard inside the clubhouse or on our website.
A gentle reminder to you all that when adults are using the changing room facilities, they should be considerate towards juniors, particularly at peak junior times. Adults should therefore afford the courtesy of using these facilities promptly and to cover up in the presence of children at all times.
Back in early April, the club had a spot check by the LTA which looked at our current policies and procedures and I am pleased to confirm the club passed the assessment. In order to get some additional feedback from members, the LTA have requested that a short survey is completed and the link is below. I would kindly ask you spare a few minutes to complete this.
