Dear Member,

The General Committee are calling an Extraordinary General Meeting to be held in the Clubhouse on Wednesday 17th July 2024 at 7.30pm (after Tennis Club Evening has finished).

Attached is an Agenda

• with some proposed changes to the Rules to allow votes from a member who is unable to attend a General Meeting in person - pros and cons to be presented on the night.
• The GC would also like some feedback from members w.r.t. the possiblity of investing in solar panels - further info to be circulated in due course.
