MENS SQUASH TEAM
After a 2-3 loss to Crawley pre-Christmas (wins for Matt Gimson and Leon Harris) the mens team play their next matches against Acorns Copthorne on Tuesday 8th January and then Crawley on Tuesday 5th February, both at home starting at 7.30pm. Plenty of support would be welcome!
LADIES SQUASH TEAM
After a difficult home match pre-Christmas losing 0-3 to West Worthing the ladies now have to travel next Tuesday evening to Worthing for the repeat fixture. We wish them well!
CLUB NIGHTS / SATURDAY TRAINING
Remember club nights continue on Monday for squash, Thursday for racketball and Friday for table tennis.
Ian Clover and Dave Croft continue their Saturday morning squash training sessions starting from 9am and people are welcome to drop in through the morning but preferably to start before 10am. Priority is given to juniors, but anybody is welcome. The sessions are a mixture of routines, fitness and condition games.
