The AGM is to be held in the Clubhouse on Tuesday 18 November 2025 at 7pm.
Under the Rules all General Committee members must stand down each year but are eligible for re-election unless they have served a maximum of 5 years.
This year we have a vacancy for the position of Marketing Manager.
Likewise, all Sub Committee members must stand down each year but are eligible for re-election.
Please submit any nominations, proposed and seconded to the Secretary (email: secretary@egtsc.org) before the meeting.
The Agenda for the meeting is attached along with the draft AGM Minutes (to be approved) from 2024.
Another email will follow soon containing the Accounts, Annual Reports from Officers & Coaches and the Advanced Voting Form for members who are unable to attend the Meeting.
