Racketball Leagues
The winners of the leagues that finished on Sunday were as follows:

Premier League - James Norman
League 1 - Roger Bean
League 2 - Chris Smyth
League 3 - Simon King
League 4 - Ray Thompson

Special pat on the back and thanks to the few of you who played all your games. Those falling short of the minimum 2 matches will not be named here but have been yellow-carded on the Noticeboard and, if repeated, will need to reapply to enter next time. The new Leagues are now posted on the website and Noticeboard and will run until 9th February - this league has been extended by a couple of weeks to allow for Christmas / New Year. Please arrange / play your games and make these leagues meaningful!

Squash Leagues
Current leagues are on the Noticeboard and run until 30th November. Plenty of matches still to be played.

2019 Squash Handicap KO Tournament
This competition is up and running with 30 entrants and 1st round matches to be played by 21st November. Finals night scheduled for end of January / early Feb date tbc.

Squash Teams
Come and support your club squash teams - they are doing very well !!

The Men’s 1st team have convincingly won their opening 4 matches and now have a run of three home fixtures on consecutive Thursday evenings starting this Thursday 14th November at 7.30pm against Brighton.

The Men’s 2nd team have also started the season well winning 3 out of 4 matches with Keith Wilson successfully shuffling his squad to give games so far to 13 players. Their next match is this Friday 15th November at 7.30pm against Dolphins.

East Grinstead are one of only 4 Sussex clubs able to field a team in the Ladies league and despite a mammoth 142 point match by first string Tracey Webster the ladies lost their opening fixture 0-3 to Crawley. Their next home game is not until Tuesday 10th December against Nutley.

Squash / Racketball Club nights
The club nights continue to be well supported for anyone wanting a social game - open to players of all standards with Squash on Mondays from 7.20pm and Racketball on Thursdays from 6.50pm - an ideal opportunity for new members to join in or beginners to play against more experienced players. Please note that when the squash 1st team is playing a home game, the outside courts will only be available for RB club night from 6.50pm to 7.30pm - the glass back court will however be available from 7.20pm as usual. The forthcoming evenings affected will be 14/11, 21/11 and 28/11.

Saturday morning squash training
Dave Croft and his helpers will be continuing with Saturday morning training sessions from 9.30am - 11.30 am and people are welcome to drop in through the morning but preferably to start before 10am. Priority is given to juniors, but anybody is welcome. The sessions are a mixture of routines, fitness and condition games.

If anyone has any queries or feedback regarding the above please let me know
